Productivity for a whole day of virtual classes.

Share

Productivity in these times of COVID-19: the routine in school communities has changed a bit compared to how we were used to living it. We got up early, some from 5: 00 am, we were heading to the bathroom, we arranged, something quick for the stomach, take our backpacks, keys and let's go! Sometimes on time sometimes with a few minutes late, But at the end of the journey, When you are at school we are already well awake and with the stack.

Now due to the pandemic we had to migrate to the virtual classes and was a father at the beginning, Many believed that making a "home office" would be fun, be in front of the computer receiving classes from the comfort of your sofa, bed or dining room and wearing as comfortable as possible ... but you realized that it wasn't like. It turned out to be a headache.

The reality was that you woke up late, You connected almost two minutes after having woke up and you started the non -mood, With pajamas and thus you duraled all day because I didn't have time to change because you should be working. In the middle of the session you are hungry because you did not get up with time and it turns out that they do not give you permission to eat during the class ... in the end everything hurts you, You are hungry and sleep and all you want is for the sessions to end.

But the worst thing is that since you could not fix yourself to spend the day and it already gives you lazy and you end all day with your pajamas on and already in comfort you decide to spend the day lying down watching television or checking the cell phone. And what did you do during the day? Anything.

I am going to tell you in my experience what I have done to be more productive in my whole day and do the most enjoyable things.

The first, I get up half an hour before, at least, To change me, wash my face and take bread with milk. So when I start my class I'm already fresh.

I look for a place that is illuminated, ventilated and fresh, Because remember that when a room is very hot and without ventilation to our brain, oxygen is needed and begins to give us sleep.

Third, I avoid having television or cell phone because it is an easy distractor.

And finally either being lying on the couch or in bed because it can cause neck pain, back and sleep.
