Let's move on to the non-sedentary or active person who maintains an accelerated pace of life or with regular physical activity., Their wear and tear or energy consumption is much greater than that of a sedentary person., Just as your calorie consumption must be greater since the body with physical activity will resort to using the calories in the body as a source of energy to carry out its activities., If we do not provide the necessary calories to the body, it will increasingly begin to refuse to do what is required of it or by default it will cost more work to do them., Later the defenses will lower and you will be exposed to diseases.
