Culture of effort

Share

Effort is the attitude that a person exercises physically or morally to achieve a goal. We grew up hearing the word "effort" however, within education it has been led to believe that effort is synonymous with sacrifice, of suffering rather than responsibility.

Since we were little they tell us that if there is no hard work, if there are no sacrifices you will not be able to achieve anything in life, then almost unconsciously the effort is related to a negative aspect of sacrifice and struggle. Then, people who achieve something in life suffer, they fight but are not happy and the reality is that the effort makes a person mature, responsible and capable of assuming your goals.

Even within stories and fables it is said that the animals that work are always those that stand out in history but do not get to enjoy. So in some environments the negative end of the effort is related to being locked up and not very happy., So what is the use of achieving and having so much, with such effort if at the end of the day the achievements will not be enjoyed?

Precisely for that, When educating the child based on effort, a healthy and motivating balance must be maintained to “fight for what you want”. Life and education are for life, and in life to live and not to survive through the days between.

The value of effort

The effort then, more than a skill is a habit, a value that means more than anything that the things you want to achieve will not fall from the sky, opportunities do not come with luck and if the doors open that is not the achievement but to keep them open, how? Through effort, which is the perseverance and discipline that is exercised in an action with clear objectives.

Namely, at an education level, to pass a subject requires attention, practice to pass the subject understanding what it is about.

The effort then, should not parallel suffering in any way, but striving for what you want to achieve is important such as: form a family, keep it afloat, carry out a dream that becomes a life project, anything that you want to obtain to enjoy requires a path previously worked and worked.

The million dollar question is, Is it worth the effort? The answer is yes, if the goal will positively change your life, it will improve your quality of work, moral, family and general well-being.

Although what matters in life is to enjoy and be happy, this is also a decision.

Effort is the attitude that a person exercises physically or morally to achieve a goal.

With the passage of life and years, the types of effort and objectives are changing. During childhood to have benefits such as computer time, On television or a gift, they require effort based on responsibility at school and at home in order to be clear that to have what you want throughout life you must earn.

During adolescence the sense of effort changes, If you have a professional dream, you have to walk beforehand through the necessary preparation to reach the desired level, because without it it is impossible to reach the goal.

When a discipline such as music is practiced, sport and dance there are also goals to meet, how to perform in a competition or on stage but to achieve it I need perseverance, continuous improvement in the practice of said activity.

In adult life, efforts are focused on work and family, work to have a wealth, to leave in someone else the land that has been worked during life and teach those who come after us to take care of it and create their own land with dreams and projects.

Per se, the money, material goods are secondary, They have a value only if they help to improve and achieve the much desired happiness.

Then, the effort must be your own, with a vision that in the long run will lead us to the path of success and achievements..

A constant error in the culture of effort is that they do not teach us to focus on what is really important, since effort is mainly related to money, power and position and not emotional fulfillment, affective, personal.

Effort is not routinely getting up every morning to go to work., Whether we like it or not we have to do it, right? No! That's the mistake, and that is why there is a lot of conformism because there is no sense to make an effort daily in this.

Effort is, fight day by day for our goals, is getting closer every day to the visions we have from long ago, is to be happy and enjoy what you do.

Do you want to make an effort? Ask yourself the following question, what are you passionate about?? If you already have the answer, effort is then to do what is necessary, open paths to do what you are passionate about and that also pays you not only economically but also emotionally.

Running towards what makes us happy is the true meaning of effort, understand that opportunities do not fall from trees, that the benefits are earned by paving the way.

Survive to get food, the ceiling, food is just that, it costs work yes, requires effort yes, but it shouldn't be the main line, but it is not worth staying there only. People who limit themselves to doing their part, They are not people who strive but those who go along with the current of life to play it safe, they are people who have definitely given up.

The true culture of effort lies in those who look around, innovate, they accommodate and give more than what is required of them, because they know that with time, in the short or long term these actions will improve your life, with everything and the difficulties that arise along the way, effort is to free, jump, overcome or modify the stones or obstacles along the way in our favor with the firm conviction of knowing what you want and not stopping until you get it, convinced of the happiness and fulfillment that will give them to achieve what they want.

To make an effort, it takes perseverance and willpower, the latter is the most difficult to achieve because when they stay in the comfort zone, nothing is achieved, In itself, getting out of this comfort requires more effort than working 10 hours in a row every day do you know why? Because it comes from the inside, and modifying our dark and light sides is difficult requires a lot of vision and conviction.

Although it is true that with effort there are things that are put aside, What would you be willing to leave behind, not to sacrifice, to put aside to achieve your life goals?
