With this degree, the aim is to train professionals in Organizational Psychology with attitudes, abilities, knowledge and committed to the development and improvement of their personal environment, labor and national, that allows to face psychological problems in a scientific and interdisciplinary way to apply their knowledge of the areas of school guidance, of education systems, of the training, of motivation, of organizational culture, and will handle the tools that support it to detect, select and apply organizational strategies in the workplace, community and educational.

The applicant for APR must have sufficient academic training in the area of ​​human sciences and practice or wish to practice psychology within an organization. What's more, it is necessary that the applicant for the degree of organizational psychology of our institution TAE possesses:
Ability to work in a team and to collaborate in the collective construction of knowledge.

Sufficient ability to handle the virtual platform and other basic ICT tools.

Solid habits of personal and autonomous study.

Analysis capacity, synthesis, relationship, integration, evaluation and structuring of knowledge.

Marked interest in psychology and its application in the organizational field.

A sufficient level of reading comprehension and analysis of texts.

Correct oral and written communication.

The graduate of the Degree in Organizational Psychology of our Institution TAE will possess the knowledge, the skills and attitudes that in an enunciative but non-limiting way are indicated below.

Identify the psychological dimension of a problem in an organization.

apply techniques, procedures and strategies for obtaining and analyzing information concerning a problem.

Relate Psychology with other Social Sciences to solve problems in the field of national or international organizations, public and private.

Mastering the general principles of general psychology.

Know the fundamental elements of the organization at an administrative level to relate them to psychology.

Understand the environment where you will develop your skills, as well as the resources and needs.

Know the different factors of psychology in the different stages of human development.

Have the fundamental tools of psychometry and its application in organizations.

Analyze the problems of the organization from a humanistic and multidisciplinary approach.
