This degree has as its fundamental objective the development of knowledge, aptitudes, attitudes and work methods for the professional exercise of graduates in the area of ​​systematization of the educational process.

In a precise way, Its intention is to achieve in TAE graduates the ability to analyze social problems at different levels and areas from an educational perspective and propose creative responses, ethical and participatory applying in them the didactic bases of orientation, organization and research, as well as the technical procedures and instruments derived from them.

With this, it is proposed to offer a renewed educational option, in an effort to achieve higher levels of competence and professionalism and that enables the student to study the Bachelor's degree with conditions compatible with their need for work, containing teaching methodologies that allow the assimilation of fundamental knowledge and awaken their interest in knowledge and practical applications.

The applicant for the degree in TAE must have sufficient academic training in the area of ​​Social Sciences and exercise or wish to teach or research in relation to it. What's more, for the total success of the program it is necessary that the applicant possesses:

-Ability to work in a team and to collaborate in the collective construction of knowledge.

-Sufficient ability to handle the virtual platform and other basic ICT tools.

-Solid habits of personal and autonomous study.

-Analysis capacity, synthesis, relationship, integration, evaluation and structuring of knowledge.

-Marked interest in teaching and pedagogy.

-Capacity for personal opinion and criticism.

-A sufficient level of reading comprehension and analysis of texts.

-Correct oral and written communication.

The graduate of the Bachelor of Pedagogy of our Institution TAE will possess the knowledge, the skills and attitudes that in an enunciative but non-limiting way are indicated below.

Detect educational needs and implement strategies to meet them.

Identify the social functions of the pedagogue in Mexico and develop them through face-to-face or virtual means.

Analyze the different conceptions and epistemological foundations, theoretical-methodological, philosophical and scientific of education to understand the reality where this phenomenon develops and to evaluate it.

Evaluate the national and international educational phenomenon from historical perspectives, humanistic, social, economic, legal and policy to understand, design and apply new processes that optimize their evolution.

Promote training projects to solve psychological needs, human, cultural and social collectively and individually in children, teens and adults.

Implement the forms of their possible intervention in the field of work with students in matters such as: detection of special educational needs through the management of Psychotechnics (test application, orientations, etc.), analysis and channeling of psychological needs, Learning problems, as well as the formation of multidisciplinary teams with graduates of Psychology to provide Educational and Vocational Guidance.

Articulate the theoretical and methodological developments of the pedagogical field with its resources and its traditions of knowledge, training and research.

Plan and evaluate the didactic and curricular processes, to lead the application and development of educational programs.

Evaluate and apply the comprehensive educational guidance process in its different aspects, seeking to improve the quality of life of the subjects.

Employ the methodological resources necessary to promote the development of the educational field by conducting scientific research in the area.

Develop and apply pedagogical models according to the needs of the context.

Detect, diagnose and channel learning problems.

Diagnose and solve institutional needs in order to achieve quality in the operation of these organizations.

Train and guide human resources, as well as detecting the potentialities and capacities that are usable within the field of work.

Exercise your profession with responsibility guided by the highest ethical values ​​as a human being, as a university student and as a pedagogy professional.

Show an attitude of openness towards research processes in the educational field.
