In order to contribute to the continuous preparation of personnel working in the education sector, his sought to develop a postgraduate degree that seeks to offer specialized training in theoretical aspects, technical and practical focused on problems and contextual needs for the development of communicative and didactic skills for planning activities, team work, process coordination, using the research methodology to generate knowledge and act with a greater impact on reality considering the accumulated knowledge, collaborative work and ethical commitment.

It is a postgraduate course aimed at anyone who wants to enter or is already working in the educational sector at any level that seeks to develop the necessary skills to exploit their human talent both in their life project and in their work, through the application of knowledge and skills required by today's society. It is intended to train a specialist in self-managing their own training in a comprehensive manner, project leader capable of solving diverse contexts.

The graduate of the Master in Teaching Strategies and Competences Assessment will be a specialist capable of self-managing their own training in a comprehensive way, to use language within the framework of a metacognitive process (Oral and written) as a means of communication according to the context and the recipient to which it is addressed, to plan, direct and lead projects with defined objectives under teamwork and in different contexts.

Extensive knowledge in didactic evaluation and curriculum development.

Knowledge of educational management.

Critical knowledge of the different learning theories, of the school curriculum and teaching strategies.

Ability to observe and analyze the educational reality.

Capacity for reflection and rigorous analysis of educational processes, their advantages and limitations.
